How to make an
order
1. Log in or sign up
Log in to “Personal account” with your login or sign up if this is your first time here. For registration you have to enter your phone number or E-mail.
2. Add products to the "Cart"
Add the product you are interested in to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. To change the desired quantity of goods - use the signs "-" and "+".
3. Go to the cart
Go to the cart. You can do it in 2 ways: click the "Go to Cart" button in the product card after adding it to the "Cart" or click on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the site.
4. Check the cart
In the "Cart" you can change the quantity of goods. To place an order, click the "Place an order" button.
5. Choose a delivery method
Choose a delivery method: Delivery by courier, Pick-up point, Logistic partner pick-up point, Russian Post. You can select the pick-up point on the map or from the drop-down list.
6. Choose a payment method
Choose a payment method: Cash payment to the courier, Payment by card on the site. Click "Pay" if you have chosen to pay by card on the site or click "Confirm order" if you have chosen to pay in cash.
7. Pay your order
Pay your order on the authorization page of the site. Please enter the type of card, number, expiration date, cardholder name and CVC2 / CVV2 code.
8. Get your order
Get your order at the pick-up point or by courier.
Payment Terms
To pay for the order by card when placing your order in the online store, select the payment method: by card. Accepted cards: VISA Inc, MasterCard WorldWide, MIR.
When paying for your order by card, your payment will be processed on the bank's authorization page, where you need to enter your bank card details:
- Card type;
- Card number;
- Card expiration date (on the front side of the card);
- Name of the cardholder (in Latin letters, exactly as on the card);
- CVC2/CVV2 code.
If your card is connected to the 3D-Secure service, you will be automatically redirected to the page of the bank that issued your card to go through the authentication procedure. Please refer to the issuing bank for information regarding the rules and methods of additional identification.
Secure processing of online payments through the bank's payment gateway is guaranteed by the PCI DSS international security certificate. Information is transmitted using the SSL encryption technology. This information is not available to third parties.

We deliver orders around the city of Murmansk and the Murmansk region. Delivery to remote localities is carried out by Russian Post and by our logistics partners. To specify the delivery address, select courier delivery when placing an order and enter your address in the field.Delivery in Murmansk is free of charge.
The shipment is carried out within 3 working days after the transferring funds to a payment account

Returns & Refunds

The return policy is governed by Art. 26.1 of the Federal Law "On Consumer Protection".
Undamaged goods may be returned provided that they are preserved in a saleable condition, all the consumer properties unaffected, with the labels, tags, gifts and other things delivered with the goods, as well as the document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the goods in question.
If the consumer refuses to receive the goods, the seller shall refund the amount paid by the consumer under the contract, except the costs borne by the seller to ship the goods back from the consumer.
Goods can be returned the following ways:
- In the office or in the production warehouse;
- By Russian Post;
- By a transport company.

Funds are returned the following ways:
- Cash payment;
- Transfer to a bank account;
- Refund to a bank card.
*The funds are returned the way the goods were paid for.
